We are thinking of possibly sharing 3 deluxe credits for 4 adults at CG. Which entrees and apps are really small and not really shareable? Some of the sushi apps look fairly large. How about the flat breads? We've eaten there before but never shared. I know the filet is small....

Haven't eaten there yet but pics of the goat cheese ravioli show 5-6 pieces so that could share easily and yes the sushi looks the same. Generally, salads are easy to share and although I haven't seen a pic the mussels and fries could probably be split.

As for entrees, the 19 oz rib-eye looks easy to share.
Question...you said you wanted to share 3 deluxe credits- do you actually mean 6 since CG is a 2 credit meal, not 1?

Yes please remember that California Grill is a signature location, so it takes 2 TS credits and you get an appetizer, entrée, dessert and beverage. I would think that you could easily use 4 TS credits for 3 people, but I don't think 2 TS credits for 3 would be enough.

Yes, sorry. We would share 6 deluxe credits.
When I got the ravioli last year, it was just one large ravioli
It was one large ravioli when we got it a few years ago as well.

You should watch the DIS youtube of their visit to California Grill (posted maybe a few weeks ago), Tim Tracker posted one recently too, they had footage of their apps/salads and meals and you might see something on there that would work for sharing. Other than the cowboy ribeye (which looked insanely big) and the sushi -most of what I could see from their reviews looked to be fairly small portions.
