I bought 20 shares a few weeks ago, I filled in the online application to join the shareholders club then printed it, signed it and sent it off in the post with the shares certificate. I haven't heard anything yet. I was wondering, does anyone have a rough idea it takes until you hear back when you send by post? I am desperate to be in the shareholders club, the disney store is calling out to me I've been putting off going in because I want to be able to get the discount.

Unfortunately it can take a while I suggest you phone or email the shareholders club and check they've got your forms. They can also arrange a temporary certificate until your card is sent, but not sure if this can be used in the Disney store or not?

I faxed mine over form & share statement , got membership number emailed to me in 5 days, maybe just fax everything over just in case?

I posted mine on the 26th April and had my confirmation email last Monday (7th) so around 11 days later. I did chase it up with an email at around the 10 day mark but that didn't get replied to until Thursday. They were very quick to email me a temporary certificate though so fingers crossed you'll be racing to the Disney store soon!!
Just check your junk mail too though. My Disney reservation confirmation has wound up there in the past!!
