hiya
after all our frantic renewals before the terms were changed, has anyone received their new card?? just thinking its getting close for xmas shopping but ive not got my new card yet?? so thought id ask and see if they are just being a bit slow....

I renewed mine back in August, had my email confirmation on sept 5th and still no card. I emailed about it the week before last and got a temp certificate emailed by return, but no mention of the card !

oh blimmey jill........ sounds a bit of a backlog then!! i might email too, least a temp one i can still get the discount - i mean, i never go in there without buying 'something' lol

thanks for that tho - cud b in for a long wait then......

They send them out every 6 weeks or so, last batch was mailed out mid september so could be any day now. xx

I followed Jill's lead and sent a reminder email to the shareholder's club. Received a temporary certificate via email.
