Shared shuttle options for International Drive to MCO?

DH & I will be staying around US on International Drive and need to get to MCO for our 8pm Sunday flight home. What shuttle options are there?

We'd like an affordable option and happily have used shared shuttles before. With our luggage we've nixed taking a Lynx bus. What's the least expensive options?

You can get a Mears shuttle or a cab. Cab will be about $45 with a tip. Shuttle will be around $18 each.
