We will be using MP for the 1st time in August. Our oldest kids (15, 13) are likely to head off on their own from time to time and have their own phones. Should I have them create their own accounts or just have them log in using mine? Are there any pros/cons to either? Previously I carried all tickets and handle FP and ride entry.

It doesn't matter. It works the same either way. In June, we had four phones, two logged into my account and two logged into my friend's, and there was no difference

My partner and I both log in to my account, that way in addition to MaxPass we both have access to restaurant reservations and the like. It really doesn't make much difference so if I were you I probably wouldn't bother having them make new accounts. The only reason I would consider making new accounts is if you don't want them to have access to your saved credit card, although the things they can use that for are extremely limited (food is the only thing I can think of) so it probably doesn't matter. If you're ok with them using your card to buy food it might even make things easier - no need to send them with lunch money.
