Share A Dream Parade Qhestion?

Does anyone remember how long this has been the parade? I believe it was for Walt's 100th birthday - you know 100 Years of Magic. Any idea when MK will be getting a new parade? Just curious.

October 2001, I believe. We were there when it debuted! I am pretty sure it was 2001, but I'd have to check my scrapbooks to be sure.

It began running September 21, 2001 but the "official" opening date was October 1, 2001...

Yeah it opened in 2001 for the celebration. SAMC at MGM and Mickey's Jammin Jungle parade at AK also opened in 2001.

We were threre for its first "soft opening" on September 21, 2001. (I'd never forget the date, because it was my first surprise of the day....the second was getting engaged that night!!)

I would love to know when MK is getting a new parade. Even the kids are getting tired of the Share a Dream parade...

I agree, I like Share a Dream parade, but I am really tired of it! My kids weren't jumping for joy over seeing it again last Dec. either. Come on Disney, get a new one for us! I thought the Remember the Magic one lasted a long time, but SADP has to be close to it or longer already. Does anyone remember how long Remeber the Magic lasted? Oh, that music like to have never left my head!!!
