I'll start a thread on Mondays so we can track our progress, set goals, encourage each other, and do/say whatever YOU need to do to have a healthy week.

That sounds good to me. Being able to set a specific goal to work on for each week seems like a good method; baby steps kind of a thing.


. I am hopefully going to start a walk to run program through our YMCA next week, I think it's the same type of program, 10 weeks to a 5K.
On my way out for a nice hour long walk!
