Shaping up for 2.0

:scared1: Help! :scared1:

I am being attacked by pretzels!

They keep jumping into my mouth and cramming themselves down my throat!

Save me!

My 11 day Disney trip cost me 3.6# - I was expecting to have gained 5 or 6, so I was really pleased with that!

For 11 days in Disney, that's pretty good!

This week I'm having major PMS food gobbling. I expect to gain.

I gained this week, ready to pay the piper today at the meeting.

Congrats to all of you on your steady progress!

I just got back from my 24-day vacation - which included 2 weeks on a cruise ship. I ate far more desserts than I ought, but from my brief step on the scale - I don't think I did too much damage. I am going to WDW one month from tomorrow, and I would like to drop 10 pounds in that month. Therefore, I need to crack the whip - starting tomorrow morning!

I didn't post my results, but I gained 2.2 lbs. this week. And I followed that up tonight with a Rosh Hashana holiday dinner. I really need to be good with my points for the rest of the week.

Last week I was attacked by pretzels that kept jumping in my mouth and cramming themslves down my throat. They were joined by popcorn.

For the first time since May, my weight went up! I am back to writing down what I eat in my podcast cruise notebook. Wish me luck in fighting those pretzels!

Checking in. I am still walking but the Cooler weather makes it more of a challenge to get out there and walk, heck I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning. 2 weeks from tomorrow I will be in WDW and warmer weather. :cool1:

Weight is staying the same no changes.

I haven't posted to this thread in a while but since late July I have lost just shy of 21 lbs. I still have a long way to go but I have made a good start! Keep up the good work everyone.

Mary

Mary, that is fantastic!

Since June, I lost about 15 pounds. Stalled there as snacking habits have come back. Lesson learned - mindless snacking is not good for me!

Okay - where is everyone?!

Hope you haven't given up. I almost did.

Since I started eating mindfully back in June I learned...
when I don't snack so much, I lose weight.
when I walk every morning, in addition to the exercise I was doing, I lose weight.
when I start snacking again, I gained a few pounds.
when I went to my mother's house and got off my routine, I gained a few pounds.

In early October I hit a low weight. Then I gained five pounds in about two weeks.
I am back on track. And back to the low weight. I plan to keep to the good habits and keep losing weight.

I will not be in a skinny bikini by PCC 2.0. But I will look and feel better and will be in clothes a few sizes smaller.

:yay::goodvibes:yay:

I'm still here! Last night I returned from 8 days at WDW, and I did pretty well with the eating - even though I ate at the F&W booths at Epcot. I also got lots of exercise walking. Now that I'm back home, I need to have better eating habits and start the exercise routine again. Only 5 weeks until I go back to WDW, and I'd like to be 10+ pounds lighter!

Nancy,
On Sept 20, you wanted to lose 10 pounds in a month before going to WDW. Now you want to lose 10 pounds in a month before your next WDW trip.

Sounds like you are on the WDW incentive plan. Does it work?

I have never tried to lose 10 pounds in a month. Just try to keep the scale going down a little at a time.

Well...I didn't lose 10 pounds before going to WDW...maybe 5! But knowing I will meet a bunch of DIS people in December is a pretty good incentive!

Hi Everyone!! I Gained a few pounds back while I was on Vacation in Texas & WDW, but not as bad as I thought it would have been. I have been working back into my routine this week.

It took 4 months, but I have officially lost 10% of my body weight!

I owe this to your support (and swearing off of take out pizza):
