My sweet little Boo is gone. I miss him so much.

Everyone has been very kind to me during this. It's only been a few days, but it seems like a forever since I saw his sweet little face.

Susan and Mary Jo's flowers were so pretty. Boo would've loved them. He would've tried to eat them, but he would've loved them.

Boo is resting underneath his favorite willow tree in my back yard. He loved birds. I placed a regular bird feeder and a hummingbird feeder above his resting place, in the tree, so he'll have some friends to come visit him every now and then.

Pam, you didn't upset me. I've been crying over the tiniest things about him. I can't even watch cartoons that have dogs in them without crying. Thank you for your condolences.

Again, I am soooo sorry, Shannon! I do know that Boo was a third child to you and that your heart is breaking.

We lost our cat, Larietta Magillacuddy (yeah, a Lucy reference, there..... ) over 2.5 years ago when she, too, got hit by a car and I still miss her so much. We have a new cat, Precious, who we've had for 2 years now - but I still look on my bed during the day and expect to see my beautiful Siamese baby.

Boo used to look for me to come home by sitting in the window by the front door. He would get so excited to see me pull up, his whole body would be moving from his excitement. I keep my blind closed now, it was always up so he could get in his window. It's hard to come home and be a few feet from where he lay that dreadful morning, then see my closed window.
