Is there shampoo and soap offered in the rooms and is it refilled daily if so?

there is shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. all replenished when needed. Good stuff too :)

I'm pretty picky about my shampoo & conditioner and I really liked the stuff onboard. I think that it's H2O.

The H2O Body Butter is HEAVENLY! Next time, I'm packing up the first one before the end of the cruise so I can get another! DH used the shampoo (I'm a bit obssessive about my hair products) and it smelled amazing.

Blow drier question...I hated them! Can you plug a real blow drier into the outlets in the bathroom (they're labeled "electric shavers only" or something like that). I'd love to bring my own, but I don't want to blow out the electricity on the ship or anything!

No, you can't plug in a hair dryer in the bathroom. You can use it by the desk in front of the mirror, though.

I used my own shampoo the whole time, paying no attention to the shampoo in the rooms since it's not usually good stuff- the last day we spent a lot of time in the rainforest room & before we left I used the fog showers & used the shampoo & conditioner there-- I LOVED IT!! it was refreshing and smelled SO good- even after drying- I was about to call the spa to ask where I could buy it when I popped open the sample in the room- it was the same stuff!! I was so excited-- yet I had I known I would have been packing them everyday to get 7 days worth!! I was on the last day with just one small bottle of each-- I asked my stateroom host and he gave me TONS!! I just love the smell of it & once I run out I'm going to have to find out how to buy it!! (I don't think that my fiance will go for the thousands of dollars for a cruise everytimes I need more shampoo--- though I wish he would!!)

Ok - Now I am concerned.... how bad are their hair dryers on the ship if you can't use your own?

Looking forward to their shampoo, condition and lotion though!

Does anyone know if the shampoo and conditioner will sting kids eyes? Just wondering if I need to bring some baby shampoo for my kids....

I hated the blowdryer on the ship, but you CAN bring your own. You will have to plug it in other than in the bathroom, but there are outlets right by the desk and that has a large mirror.

I very much liked the H20+ shampoo! I didn't try the conditioner as I am very picky on that as I abuse my hair....

Extremely low power...not terribly useful for styling, just drying. Normal outlets are on the wall by the desk, in front of a big mirror. As I said in my earlier post, the outlets in the bathroom are labeled for limited use. This could be an issue for me since I often do hairdrying early while DH & DS are still asleep.

I love the stuff too and was able to buy it online from H2O+,com, it ran about $16.00 a bottle if I remember correctly. Maybe a little high, but cheaper than a cruise. Not as much fun as a cruise though!

We just came home from a quick vacation at WDW, we stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and they had the H2O products there too, and I absolutely loved them. Even the bar soap was great.

As for the hair dryer, that's right, you cannot plug them in the bathroom, and yes there is a place at the mirror by the desk, AND there is also an outlet behind the tv that you can plug into. I know we were grateful to discover this as DD needed to have her straightener plugged in while I was drying my hair.

I have thick, curly (often frizzy) hair. LOVED the shampoo and conditioner. The body butter is the BEST!
I just got home today, and our terrific stateroom hostess stocked me up, so I can use it for a long time before I need to replenish! I brought my own, but never used it.

Just got back from 2/15 Wonder, and my stateroom host also stocked me up!!! She was fantastic.... and this is the weird part. We went on the 2/15 Wonder as a last minute cruise, got the fla. disc., got a great deal...and our we were always fully stocked with soap and the body butter, shampoo etc. In November, we sailed in a Cat. 3., paid full price, no disc. expected great service with concierge level and all... and I had to call repeatedly for soap (no soap at all first day), shampoo, etc. Never saw our stateroom host except for 1st day. My service was FAR better in Feb. :confused3
