Shakes as drinks? Yay or Nay?

I asked in the DDP thread but haven't gotten an answer. I know I've seen it asked before but I don't now what the answer is. If I want a shake at 50s PT can it count as a drink?

I have had it both ways. As a dessert, and as a drink. If they allow it as a drink, they will make it clear that it is not refillable.
