We stayed here back in 98 so it has been a while. But when we were there we got a package called a Gold Leaf Package that had tickets and also one breakfast and dinner at the Garden Gallery. Does anyone know if they still have such a thing??

I don't think that is offered anymore. To be honest, the Gold Leaf Package was simply the regular cost of the room and adding the regular cost of the buffets. Nothing was saved.

I have the same complaint about the Sunrise package. I just finished corresponding with the hotel about it. Simply put, it's the regular cost of a room with 2 adults and adding the regular cost of buffets for 2 adults. Then, the kicker is they advertise that you get a $20 gift certificate for the East Meets West gift shop with this package. If you add the room cost and buffet cost, you can see that the total price of the package includes that $20 certificate. You don't really save anything. Unless you really like the East Meets West shop, you have wasted $20 of your own money on that package.

So far the only real deal on a package that I have seen advertized is the R&R package.

We're leaving Saturday for SOG with the R&R package--also called the OEF package. Totally worth looking into if you've been overseas within the last year.

We're paying about $150/night, which also includes breakfast and dinner. And that's for four people--what a deal! We figure it will be worth it for the breakfast alone...we don't plan on many dinners there.

We did the gold leaf package two years ago, which was nice because we didn't have to worry about breakfast/dinner if we didn't feel like leaving the hotel, but more often than not we wanted to eat at other disney dining options so we ended up kind of wasting money with the package. It's nice to have everything all together and already done with when you arrive, but unless you are sure you are going to use everything that you pay for with the package it's really not worth it (I believe that is true with other non-SOG packages as well though).

Either way to answer your question, I think they may still do the gold leaf package but not always advertise it on their website, because I have asked about packages on the phones and been told of packages that I didn't see advertised on the website. Best bet is to call and ask, if they aren't offering the package now maybe they will be at a later date (we used the package during the summer).
