Shades of Green from Christmas to New Years

Quick question...

If the parks get filled to capacity and Disney closes it, are Shades of Green guests guaranteed entrance into the park just like other Disney Resort guests?

If the parks close to capacity, no one gets in that park. But you will be allowed into another park as long as that one isn't closed as well.
