Shade by the pool areas?

Going to Aulani for the 1st time in Sept. Was wondering if they had a lot of umbrellas by the pool area? If not are there a lot of shady areas?

I'm not sure I'd say there were "a lot". There are some, but perhaps not enough.

We had no problem finding shady spots to rest in near the main pool. have an awesome trip!

Depending on the time of day and position of the sun there will be a number of lounges in the shade. You may have to move around if you want to find a spot in the shade or else find some lounges under an umbrella.
