There isn't any flight info in it at all. As a matter of fact, when I did online check in - it said that I still needed to contact them with my flight info. I guess I better try calling them, yet again.

We have been there with our dog Natasha. She was a samoyed and the best dog in the world and I still miss her and its been over 4 years now. We actually buried her at our vacation home in Maine as that was her favorite spot.

As for the coupons seems like they sent you double and I see no reason why you couldn't use them both.

Quick note.... the most important thing to take with you is the print out of your early online check in. Even though they have the information in their computer, they do not like to let you check in if you don't have that stupid piece of paper!

I saw them arguing with a guy on our second or third time using the online check in...I mean it is not like you can cheat on that! But he could not PROVE he had done online check in... but the system will not let you do it twice...so it knows you have done it...stupid rule!


Anyway...on our last trip, my daughter and her husband did not get their coupons...on their last day there...they found out they could have gone to the concierge desk and they could have reprinted them...there are numbers on them tied to your room reservation. So, if both sets have the same numbers you won't be able to reuse them.....but if they are different...go for it!

OMG!!! Lisa you are brilliant! That is an excellent idea! I think I will have Ruf done seperately though.

I will call them again on Tuesday.

We take Ruf into his vet tomorrow morning, just to have him checked over by someone we know. We already know that his vet isn't going to tell us anything different. I'll have to call into work and tell them I will be late - I know they won't understand - but I don't care, truthfully.

Oh I love that family photo! I also loved hearing that Rufus got to snooze with Josh last night. I have a dog snoozing on my lap right now preventing me from doing anything. Crappy thing is what I have to do involves gathering props for my ds's speech tomorrow. I do have one more item to finish sewing tonight -- I did two of three parts this morning, so at least I got a little sewing in.

Ruf is doing as well as can be expected. He is still drinking and going to the bathroom, I am told that once he stops going to the bathroom, then the toxins will build up in his body and he will just drift off in his sleep. I have my moments of utter sickness to my stomach over just the thought, and then I have other moments where I feel I would much rather have him drift off, than to have to put him down. I want him to be able to go comfortably in his own home/bed, surrounded by all of us - knowing that we loved him every single moment that we knew him. I just pray so hard that he doesn't have to endure any pain.

Again, I just want to thank all the people that are still here and reading for all their prayers and support. I know that some of you may not understand our family's pain right now, but please know that losing a pet that you've had for so long is just like losing a member of your family - and even though they are animals, they pick up human traits and personalities that can't ever be duplicated again.

And to those of you that do understand, I want to thank you for your compassion and understanding during this time, it has really made it easier for me knowing that there are people out there who care about us. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I am trying so very hard to be excited for this trip. We are almost fully packed, and despite trying to save room in our suitcases, they are pretty stuffed. I forgot to get travel sized Tylenol/Ibuprofen/Aleve, so I need to get all three of those today.

Ok, so my next question... I have 2 of each coupon they send you... Can I use both coupons? Some of them say one discount per room per stay... But some of them don't. Could I potentially use both of the ones that don't? Not that it matters much - I am one of those couponers that always leaves her coupons at home... ACK! So, I'll be lucky if I use any of them at all. LOL

Most vouchers state on the back "limit 1 per room". Granted, I'm not entirely sure what they would do if you got caught using more than one.

If it doesn't state a limit, use it away.

Glad Rufus is still doing as well as can be expected

Keep a close eye on him -- I tried to let one of my cats go peacefully at home and it didn't work so well -- she started seizing and was in severe pain. I don't want to scare you, but I want you to have a back up plan in case you need to take Rufus to the vet to be put down. Our vet's office has a special room they use and it's wonderful -- they give you as much time as you want with your pet and it has a window with a pretty view and is decorated very cute. And now I have tears in my eyes thinking about being in there with my kitties. Anyway, I hope for a peaceful passing for Rufus when HE is ready, but just be prepared in case there are complications.

I am glad that Ruf is doing so well considering. It is nice to hear that he still has moments when he is able to do the things he loves, like climb the stairs and getting belly rubs. I know what you mean about preferring for him to go peacefully rather than having to take him to the vet. We had hoped for that with our last dog, but the seizures got to be too much, even for her. When she started to give me those pleading eyes the last couple of times she came out of the seizures, I knew what we had to do. I hope it works out for you, but as Andrea said, be prepared if it doesn't.

I love the idea of having a silouette done of Ruf at WDW. What a great treasure to have. We still have the picture of our family's first three dogs, our German Shepherd, MIL/FIL's Chow Chow and BIL/SIL's Golden Retriever, even though none of them are still with us. I still look at it and remember the good and goofy times with the three of them. I hope the silouette will do that for you.

It is hard to believe that your trip is almost here! And we won't be far behind you. I haven't even started to pack yet. We really need to get crackin' on that.

When we had the lab with cancer, once we felt like he was in too much pain we had the vet come out to the house to give him the injection. We wanted him at home with us when he had his final sleep. It's such a hard thing to watch though

I am hoping you get some good news at the vet today, or at least something that will help Rufus feel a little better.

We did on-line check in last year and didn't have to show anything when we checked in. From what I remember I just had to show my ID, but I had my resort information with me just to be safe.

I hope you will be able to use the second set of coupons that you recieved.

Not long to go until our trip, I can't wait to see you at the World.

Prayers Needed! Rufus update!

I just got off the phone with D~. She is on her way to work and asked me to update y'all.

Rufus is with his regular vet and they're running a bunch of tests the other vet neglected to do. There is a chance that Rufus IS NOT IN KIDNEY FAILURE! He is, however, severely dehydrated, so they're working on that and doing a full battery of tests to figure out what's going on.

Pray, think happy thoughts, whatever you can do to get them a miracle for Rufus to have some more time with the Geurts. I know we have some major prayer warriors here... We prayed for Judy's family dog, Bandit and look at how that turned out. Let's see if we cant do the same for D~'s family.
