I don't sew often. I decided to try to make a skating outfit for my dd using overlock stitch. It was going great. All of a sudden the top stitches look fine but there's BUNCHES of stitches on the underneath side. I've checked the tension and tried several tension settings and it happens with straight stitch too. I went on the singer website where it told me to re-thread the machine. Nothing works. The outfit's half done and I'm hoping somebody here will be able to give me a tip before I take it in to the fix-it shop tomorrow. TIA!!
. Why didn't it work for me the 6 times I tried before schlepping it down there????
where did you find a pattern for skating dresses??????? congrats to you......this would be a real money saver....a lady around our rink makes dresses and takes old ones and add's stuff to make really nice dresses......
