think we are going to try and do that a few days next trip too, especially since it will be all decorated for the holidays, don't want to miss the beautiful lights
good for you taking a day off yesterday, needs to be done once in awhile
That would be an excellent touring plan during the holidays!
Okay, now I have to add "Dumbo at Night" to my must do list

Glad Alli felt better for the last night...she would've missed out on lots of good memories. Of course Pirate Goofy loved V's outfit. Did you get any love for your awesome pirate clothes??
For sure! Dumbo definately went from "Meh, who cares if I ever ride it..." to "OMG, it's a must do - especially at night!"
Unfortunately - I got no love from my pirate clothes... Although, Donald did like them a little bit.
okay I am loving your trip report update. So many cool photos. I am not a huge fan of MK

so we are not there that often though there are some rides I do like there.
That's something I never knew about you Chiara... I thought everyone loved MK. LOL
Have really enjoyed reading your trip report! What beautiful photos and what a fantastic holiday, I love how you have pictures from previous trips with your daughters i think thats really magical.
Wow your bags are just amazing! xx
Thanks Sarah! And welcome! I hope you'll continue to follow my TR.
Getting caught up. boo for A feeling sick at Disney. Glad the nap worked. We have never rode Dumbo but those night pictures are beautiful and we just might have to try and fit it in.
Yes, you must try to squeeze it in!

I know... so much still to do so little time.
You'll make it Michelle - I have faith!
I'm glad that Alli started to feel better. I was worried there for a moment, as I'm sure you were too when you were down there. There's nothing worse than being sick at Disney during your last few days there.
Such beautiful shots of Dumbo at night. It's really something to see. I can't wait to see it in person.
I am very glad A started to feel better that night. Dumbo is so much more amazing in person - however - I don't know how I'd know that, I had that darn camera stuck to my face the whole time.
Of course you can come too!
They said they think Max would enjoy the trip most if you all brought the jeep . . . lots of open air between there and RI
ROFL... I love your boys - they are so cute!
Aw! That's the poster we kept seeing that made Finn want to do Pirate's League!
ROFL - the funny thing is, I took that picture because it reminded me of Finn when he was in the Pirate's League.
I've never quite gotten it either . . .although I think we definitely need to do this a couple of times on our next trip!!! DH and I have done a couple of "date nights" where we sent the boys back with the g-rents and we stayed at the park, but never done the "nap and then back" . . .I think we need to try it!
I do think you need to try it. However - I think you need to be staying at a Disney resort for it to work properly? When we were staying at SoG - even though the location was prime - the walk from the monorail really prohibited us from going back to our room in the middle of the day... but since our room location at POFQ was quite convenient to the bus stop - it really was super easy to ditch the parks when it was super hot and go back later to close it.
I love Dumbo, but totally for the nostalgia factor . . . but now it looks so beautiful!!! I'm excited all over again!
Yah - I think you need to see it again... Hopefully we can plan a trip together soon!
Oooh . . . I'll tell Phalen you would like a mini WDW . . .he'll start brainstorming!
Tell Phay... I will need:
1 Splash Mountain ride
1 Dole Whip in front of the Castle
1 Cream Cheese Pretzel with a Frozen Coke
And if he has time - I would really appreciate a towel animal on my bed.
Eek! So jealous! although you'll be gone for Finn's party, otherwise I would have been needing your address

We really do need to get together when you get back though . . . if you can squeeze in a visit before you leave, let me know, but I totally understand the pre-trip craziness!
I am so jealous - I wanna meet Michelle too!
Okay - I need to get back to making the bazillion sponge-bombs . . . birthday party/summer fun prep is killing me! I'm trying to keep it uber-low-budget which means lots of me doing on my own (which I usually at least have my Charlotte partner-in-crime, Amber, to help me) . . .
You will do fine Marianne! I can't wait to see the Sponge Bombs though...
Do you have your SuperHero shirts embroidered? Did you take your machine with you? I presume you did -- I think you would be a fool not to!
I am going to call your friend first -- if I could at least get him to do the bushes and mulch I would be soooo happy -- it seems like the professional companies are more concerned about their reputation and want the house looking like it came out of house and garden -- I just want it presentable / a decent first impression -- I don't need uber glamourous. If your friend just does this as a side job I don't think he's worried about accruing numerous landscaping jobs. Is this the one that got married recently?
I don't know what a sponge bomb is, but i do know I party plan like you do from making the invitations to creating all the games and decor. And that is why my kids only get birthday parties every few years
I hope you are able to get it figured out and SOLD Andrea!
Nothing interesting going on here... Headed to my sewing room this morning - locking myself in there too... Can't come out until I've made good progress on this bag.
