I won a "One More Disney Day" trip to WDW. We are submitting our dates and are hoping to be at the AKL Dec.13 to 19th. We need some pixie dust that Disney will accpet those dates for our trip. I knew you all would understand our desire to stay at the lodge. So let the praying begin!!!

Good morning, Js & Ks! I am back home from Fort Bragg. Have a week to get things caught up here at home before I head to Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington State for a week. I had a 4 day WDW trip planned for 2/7-11 which I had to cancel eek. I will make up for it in the near future!

Laura, that just stinks...sorry you had to cancel your trip.

I am getting everything together for a Oct trip. Have finally decided we will wait no longer for the the family to give us dates. Their lives are just too difficult to pin down right now (rightly so) We are just going to plan our trip and if they can come we will be happy and work out something. Hope to see everyone for the Jamborini Meet!

Just checked Allears and they have dinner as $39.40 and breakfast as $24.49. When I was there last January it was $37.99 if memory serves. Thankfully I had a gift card so it didn't hurt my wallet.

The food is so good and they are always cooking and adding fresh. We either have breakfast or dinner there on each visit. It is a good deal for my DH....who eats a LOT when we are there.

Kathy (JohnsMom) answered your question. I just wanted to add that the walk is rather pretty and does not seem far. We rode over on the bus and walked back. To walk off a little of the great food from Sanaa.

Honestly, the hardest part of canceling this trip was letting the $35 each way airfare go!!! (The true cost w/taxes & fees was $45 each way; minus $75 to cancel......I have a $15 credit!! ) Now when I look for flights from ATL to MCO, $149 each way is the lowest I am finding.

It looks like I will be able to go to WDW for the Princess Half weekend, which DisneyBride'03 is running!
