Afternoon J's & K's - hope all of you feeling bad - feel better SOON!!!!! All these allergies are horrible. I still have a little runny nose - but, I'm good - at least for now, lets hope it doesn't get any worse!!! I'm SO excited - we start spring break today and on tues. my new grandbaby will be here, just in time for easter!! I shipped her first easter basket to my DS and DIL - waiting for the box to arrive - and the phone call - they have NO idea it's coming!!!

YAY - congrats on the maybe no more PT! That's a huge step. Just keep up your at home exercises and you'll be good to go. I think i still have every color stretchy band sitting around here.

Thanks - I'm glad too!!! I have bands here too - not sure if they are universal in color, but that dark purple one - OMG, I hate it!!! LOL

Wendy This is a very exciting year for you. Two grand babies and your upcoming trip. Wonderful to hear your feeling well with a better range of motion. Enjoy spring break with your family.

Well I am not better but not worse!

I did not get any antibiotics... I don't have an infection, I am just having an allergic reaction, that is super sized, according to the Dr here.

So, I am on all kinds of drugs, and have an appt with my ENT Dr for next week.

I so can't wait to get on that plane this afternoon!

The doctors in Florida have been treating me for sinus infections since the beginning of October. I finally saw an ENT two weeks ago. According to my CT Scan my sinuses are fine. He told me Florida was a bad place to live if you have allergies. He added a nasal spray to my allergy pill. Thank God, I'm feeling so much better now.

Wow! I'm shocked something down there could trigger something that bad. I always thought MD had the worst allergy conditions. Hope the plane ride is tolerable.

We have friends that live in Orlando and one of them is really struggling with her allergies this year.

Ugh! Feel better quickly. Maybe it's something in the Orlando air...I've gotten to know the Urgent Care very well since I've been there every trip for the last three years. I told my doc that she was giving me an antibiotic before my next trip so I could fill it as soon as I got sick.

That will be good to have the script on hand but I hope you don't need it!

Alison Hope you are doing better today and things have settled down a little. How is Frans leg doing?

It is getting worse, at least as of yesterday afternoon. I am going to make her rest with her leg up today. It's noon and she is still laying down in bed so that's good.

We have a savannah view, but reading the description at the beginning of this thread, I only saw info about the main building... What is there at kidani? Pools, restaurants? TIA!!!

There are no restaurants not even a QS.... those are located at Jambo House, but Kidani does have a nice pool and a great splash area for kids.

If you want to visit Jambo you can always take the shuttle, bus or walk over which is about a 5-10 minute walk.

You are forgetting about Sanaa. And also there is no QS at Kidani, the pool bar does offer some food items.

Kidani has Sanaa restaurant, Maji pool (and pool bar - with a few food items) there is NO QS at Kidani, but you are able to use all of the ammenities at Jambo house. Kidani has a giftshop/store - Johari treasures - you can fill your mugs here or at the pool. When you arrive, make sure to check out the activities board, in the lobby near the check - in desk - it'll tell you all the things going on during your stay. I was hoping to win and be added to the trip list for this year...fun to dream! Not a chance otherwise - DH wants a new shed and we have to pave the driveway.
