I still find it hard to believe they are not going to practice running the ride with actual guests coming through the line until the very morning it opens with people having "locked in" that ride with FP+ for that day.

I mean..... what could possibly go wrong?

Well, they've still got 18 more days after today, I guess we'll see. But they are running out of time to have much in the way of softs. And I haven't even heard of a passholder/DVC preview or anything either. Please tell me they aren't going to keep it closed all the way until the 28th, and then open the floodgates and let the chaos begin, lol.

When I go to look for SDMT FP's I don't see the ride listed. I see all other rides in the MK, but not this one. What am I doing wrong?

I dont see Wishes listed on mine ? I'm not on the app but going in on my desk top computer.

As explained in the green link in my signature, certain attractions (Wishes is one) do not show themselves at 60 or even 30 days out.

I'm 2 weeks away and I seen it a few weeks ago but now it is not there.

I get the same thing on the website, but I assumed 7DMT doesn't come up because there are none available.

It still shows up but says "Only Standby Available" or something like that. It never shows on the App for me, though, only on the website. And right now the website is glitchy and won't let me do any fastpass+ changes.

We were there today, and they were running the cars. I have asked several CMs since we arrived, and they all said the same thing. I was told they wouldn't be having soft openings. We are leaving tomorrow, so I don't have much hope.

With the way they are doing things, I don't expect soft openings.

The best I am hoping for is AP/DVC, but even that you would think would be scheduled soon.

We stood and watched the empty trains running and could hear, "Hi Ho, Hi Ho...whistle whistle whistle..." coming from the high up tunnel. We stood and watched for a bit and two CM street sweepers were also mesmerized by the sight.

So I had heard about FP+ being available for the 7 dwarves mine train. So I went on the computer and booked FP+ for my arrival day in June and one of my three choices is 7 dwarves mine train. It shows up in the browser on MDX but if I look at my FP+ in the app it isn't there. It shows the two others but not the mine train. Not sure if I should be concerned or not.

I had the same thing happen. I switched from A&E to 7D and it didn't show up for about 3 days. My home page still shows both .

I'm gonna leave it and not modify it. I just noticed you can't pick the mine train from the app. It's absent from the list.

We were in MK Tues 5/6 and Thurs 5/8, on Tuesday a CM told us there would definitely not be any soft openings during the week (meaning 5/5-5/10 when we were there). She said the CMs did not have "enough training hours yet" to let the public ride. I guess they were trained enough for media but not public whatever that meant. The other two times we stopped by and asked we were told "no soft openings this week". We only saw empty cars one day running although others have reported seeing a lone CM in the back car the same day.

Honestly I was less disappointed than I thought I would be. It looks great and it would have been fun but we were so busy in MK that we didn't have time to dwell on missing it. Something to look forward to next time I guess.

I have been checking and checking for a different time on the opening day but i have had no luck. I have 10:00 pm-11:00pm ! I wonder if it is the computer or browser I'm using ? Anyone see any times for May 28th that I'm not seeing ?
