We'll be there May 2-6 and praying to get to ride it!

Question: Do you think the "dedication" on Friday, May 2 will draw crazy-huge crowds to MK and make SB lines crazy for everything all day long? If so, we may bypass MK that day and hit it the following Monday/Tuesday (May 5-6). Still sort of winging it!

I was like that waiting for them to open ADRs for BOG for the first time.

Just hope they don't do with 7DMT what they eventually did with BOG, and announce a date ahead of time they would open it up. What an awful, stressful mess that was. I hope for you guys trying to schedule that it just shows up one day with no fanfare.

I really hoped that would be the case with BOG. But I bet this will be different. Surely they learned their lesson on that one!

True. It's kind of what they did with Anna and Elsa meet up at MK. They announced it and later that day, they started popping up in the FP+ options.

The BOG thing was nutty a couple of years ago. Somehow I was a lucky lady that morning. My call was answered at 7am that day.

May 23rd is the 24 MK day, maybe they will open the ride then and if so, everyone in the park willing to hang in there should get a chance to ride it.

I am really worried about this. We are going for my DD's 5th bday and she is doing BBB at the castle in the morning and we are having dinner at the castle that evening. I've planned the whole day at MK and now this is going on.

No way they do a first open on Memorial Day weekend - one of their busiest days of the year. I'm guessing they have it open a couple weeks before this.

It seems like a quick announcement right before the fact has been their style lately, I hope it continues. Just think of the rush of people the morning that the Star Wars dining was opened, and that was just unofficially announced the night before!
