So, we actually added two nights to the trip and a little pixie dust. We finally got the AP Discount. It wasn't available the first time we booked. :cool1:

I am six nights out and attempting to pack for our first FW Tent Camping experience, myself and fiancee. We will not be doing much cooking other than breakfast on this trip, so we will not need much cooking stuff.

Can anyone think of a MUST that I may have forgotten?

Got the extension cord ready!

How 'bout fixins' for s'mores so you can enjoy the movie at night? :3dglasses

Blanket to sit on to watch the fireworks/water parade. :beach: :boat:

Ingredients for 'kungaloosh' usually goes without saying. :stir:

Most of all bring yourselves and have a relaxing time.

Warm clothes, heater, blankets, etc. It can get a bit chilly at night. Heard it was in the 40s this morning.

I reread my post and realized I sounded like an idiot without posting my packing list. :lmao: Guess I am too excited. :lmao:

We have the basics...tent, tarps, blankets, sleeping bags, queen sized double layer air matteras, Christmas lights, extension cord, etc.

What is was really looking for was the "special" items that make a Disney camping trip especially fun/easier.

Sorry the post seemed so cryptic. I have way too much on my mind.

Also, what is Kungloosh?

kungaloosh :confused3

you should try a Funky Monkey, it's a really good camping beverage for adults, :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Definitely warm clothes. We go same time every year, and you definitely need warm clothes for evenings at the parks and early morning. We arrive tomorrow!

Have fun, you will love Fort Wilderness.:santa:

Here is the recipe for Kungaloosh:

Kungaloosh (FWGuy modification)

1/4 cup Blackberry Brandy
1/4 cup Capt Morgan's spiced rum
1/4 cup strawberry daiquiri mix
1/4 cup orange juice

Blend with enough ice to make slushy.

This always tastes better when I make it at the Fort ;)
