Settings Option Grayed Out

I just noticed that in my account, I can see the "settings" option, but it is grayed out and I can't choose it.

Isn't that where you normally control what and who can see on your profile? I have the option to hide DOB on the privacy option, but that's it.

I think it's a sub-heading with Account details, Password & security, Privacy, etc. falling into the broader "Settings" category


As for your profile -- you don't see all of this under Privacy settings?
