Setting Up Magical Express for Already Existing Reservation?

A friend who is staying in my room for our upcoming trip has decided to fly instead of drive to WDW.

We are unable to pick her up from the airport and figured she could hop on the ME.

How do I go about setting her up on ME? I have all of her flight info.

If it matters, we're staying at BWV.

Sorry to ask such a silly question-- as FL residents, we have no clue how flying into MCO/getting the ME works!

Either call MS or click 'Disney's Magical Express' under 'Vacation Planning' on the Member Website. They must be listed as a guest on the room reservation. If you use the Member Website, it sends an e-mail to MS and they key the information into ME.
