Setting Up Charging account

We have multiple families staying under one reservation. Everyone will have a magic band and I want to keep the charges separate. In other words, I want family "A's" charges to their credit card, family "B's" to theirs, etc. What is the best way to manage this?

Do we each give a credit card at check-in and assign certain magic bands/people to each card?

If I use one credit card, will my final bill distinguish who charged what?

If we go with multiple credit cards, can this be set up in advance on MDE or do I have to do that at the resort upon arrival?

This is something you will have to have done at the resort front desk. They can help you setup different cards for the Magic Bands and individual PINs. You will receive separate folios at the end of your stay. This is something they do all the time and will only take a few minutes.

Even after everything is set up at the front desk, be sure to closely look at your bill before you leave. We had 4 different people with 4 different cards to charge, set up everything at the front desk when we checked in, and there was still a few problems. Much easier to fix before you leave than after.

As other people said you can set up different credits with different magic bands. But even if you don't, the final bill gives names of people that charged each item. It makes it easy to remember what was bought.
