I must apologize to you all. I stopped in this afternoon and left without saying anything. It is getting near the end of the quarter and Chris and Allison are running around like turkeys with their heads cut off(sort of reminds me of Pam and her cooking) The computer problems just keep on happening. But the major problem was that we were out of photo paper for the printer and then the color cartridge was empty. Chris has a photography project due tomorrow so that called for a quick trip to the store. Then when we got back, my computer(which the scanner is hooked up to) wouldn't print to the printer. Well, all h*ll broke loose.
When we got home I decided to grade some more papers and just now finished. I can't even begin to tell you how much I miss you all and how I regret taking on this subbing assignment. For the money that they are paying it really isn't worth all the time that I have put in. I dearly love the kids, but really see why teachers just don't give a lot of assignments that need to be graded. There has been some political stuff going on at school involving a grade, a student, and his mother who complains about everything. I really don't agree with what they are asking me to do. It is one of those "I have principles" type of things and the hassle and lost sleep just isn't worth the money. I can't wait to go back to subbing just day to day and walking away from it.
I know that I won't be on tomorrow because Chris is dancing with the high school dance team tomorrow night at the basketball game. I am going to watch him and then hopefully, Steve will be home when I get home from the game.
I feel much better coming to you all and just venting just a little and really miss our chats.
