Sesame Street Characters?

Are there Sesame Street characters around the park other than peak times, like summer and holidays? If so, is it in a certain area or do they roam? How about Sesame Street merchandise? Anything available at all times?

Are there Sesame Street characters around the park other than peak times, like summer and holidays? If so, is it in a certain area or do they roam? How about Sesame Street merchandise? Anything available at all times?

Currently the Sesame characters only appear during holiday/busy times. They do not "roam". They appear at breakfast, and during the show. And often appear for a meet and greet after the show. During Halloween Abby Cadabby appeared at the end of her maze. Merchandise is very limited.
