Service Charge and/or Tax

Can someone please let me know what wedding items or services get taxed and what items have a service charge added to them? ie...transportation, floral, entertainment... TIA!!!

Most items have the tax/service charge added to them. Food/drinks, venue selection, floral, and cake have them, those are all I can think of. Transportation does not add these fees which is way people will say those are the people you tip. If you take a look at my planning journal on page 9 I have my BEO posted. It shows you the original cost and the final cost with the added fees to it.
