service at the wyndham palace

hey guys!

We arrive for our stay at the wyndham palace in a week. Ive had a nightmare of a time dealing with wyndham and all its wyndham partners. Most recetnly Ive not gotten the promised call back from a manager at the resort itself. Im beginning to dread the stay itself.

Anyone got any positive reassurences out ther for me about your actual stay.

Don't worry, I'm sure you will have a good time. The property is very nice and so are the rooms. We've stayed there on 3 different occasions, and have always had a pleasant time. The front desk isn't the friendliest, but I don't let that bother me. It is definitely a business oriented hotel, but don't let the poor suits put a damper on your vacation!

The pool area is nice...I like the fact that the loungers are padded. And we've always encountered pleasant staff members around the pool.

They have great chocolate croissants at the lil deli/cafe downstairs!
