Server busy, time-outs, page not found, slooooowww

I had to defragment my computer today. I think I am having some real problems with the site. I have Win98. Maybe that could have something to do with it. Since they took the countdown timers down, I am not showing the smilies moving any more, either.

On Monday it was saying Serve Busy and a few times yesterday it was very slooooooow !!!!
