That always bugged me about Lane Bryant when I was wearing their clothes. I told them to "stuff" their catalog because they didn't use plus-sized models to sell plus-size clothes! I had to tell them again and again because I would always get back on their stoopid mailing list somehow. The thing that used to crack me up was when the small models would look horrible in the clothes. If a beautiful skinny girl looks terrible, exactly how is an average pooh-sized woman gonna look?mamatojon said:It really is warped isn't it? Lane Bryant sells plus size clothing and I've seen some ads where I just know that they have to be making the clothes especially for the models because they are obviously size 10 or less. Crazy.![]()
The really sad part is that I think size 10 is considered "plus size" in the modeling community/industry.

) I have to attend two weddings this winter. So I have been dress shopping in hopes to get a good deal. I went into Macys and forget it. Every dress is made for skinny minnies and small chested women. I found two dresses that I could actually wear, and they both made me look like I have no figure.
I hate womens clothing these days. (rant over)
