Seralogo resort?

I just found a great rate at the Seralago resort... has anyone stayed there before? The website looks reassureing.. however we all know what THAT can mean...

this was formerly the Holiday Inn.
if you look its advertised on the Dis home Page .

I stayed there. I wasn't impressed. Unless they have remodeled it looked a little worn to me.

Hello!

Don't be fooled as I was by the nice pictures. It is run-down. I think the place is best described in the words of a travel writer in an article I read: "you need a golf cart and a road map to get around this place". I certainly would not characterize the place as a 'resort'. It is very spread out, and has exterior corridors. The location is nice, and they had a decent bus service to Disney, but this was previous to the new ownership. I would not pay more than $50 bucks a night for the joint. If you are interested in this particular area, I would instead stay at the Comfort Suites Maingate East, which I believe can be had for around $55 a night through www.hotelmartusa.com and www.choicehotels.com.
