Hi Everyone! Its been a while since I have been on this site and have forgotten just how much info you all have!! :thumbsup2

I am counting on your expertise to help me as you have all done in the past. Just wondering about the Seralago - particularly their KidSuite? When reading the hotel description it sounds pretty cool. Some of the staff even graduated from Clown College! LOL The rate seems really great and Kids eat free bkfst AND dinner when eating with a full paying adult. I figure, hey, sounds like a good deal ... but IS IT?! Any input?

I don't know about the Kidsuite but the pictures of the hotel itself are very deceiving. I stayed there two years ago. The rate would have to be awfully good for me to stay there again. I prefer the Lake Buena Vista area as it is closer to the parks and seems like an all-around nicer area.

Good to know! Thanks for the heads up! I would like to try the Nick hotel with KidSuite, but honestly, to spend that much I would rather go back and stay onsite. This would be the first time ever we would be staying off site and who knows, at this point, I may just end up onsite again! There is definitely a reason why we ALWAYS stay onsite. And trying to find 'the right place' is one of them! WDW Properties have spoiled us! I just want to find a nice play without breaking the bank for the week of Easter because we are saving up for our first ever trip to Hawaii but are all having Disney withdrawal!

This hotel is family friendly with kidsuites and a kids eat free program. Also offers a free shuttle to and from the WDW parks. It only recently became this "chain".

My parents just got back from a stay at the Seralago a few weeks ago. They were not impressed. (they did not stay in a kids suite, so cannot speak for that). The hotel was rated 3.5 stars from Expedia. My parents travel often and compared it to a 2 star. It was a former Holiday Inn that no longer met Holiday Inns standards. They said it was old and shabby. I wouldn't recommend it.

Orange Lake is a great place for kids....

We have been going there for the past 10 yrs and love it...

It's my sister in law who got our whole family into this...

We go every Thanksgiving there....
