I stayed there with a friend last June for Disney. When we first checkin, the in-room refrigerator was not working. I called CS, and they replace it right away. There was also a microwave in the room. However, it take me 3min to heat a cup of water. Their housekeeping replace the basic things like soap, plastic cups and towels everyday. But they don't change your sheets. We stayed there for 6 nights. On the first night, I was eating chocolate on bed, and smeared a bit on the sheet. And, I slept with that bit of brown for 6 nights

.
The rooms are pretty spacious and quiet. We stayed behind the parking lot away from the pools.
We spent all our time in Disney, SeaWorld and Universal. So, we never make use of their pool. So, can't tell you much.
There is free shuttle going to ticket and transportation center for Disney. I think, there's like 3 bus going there per day. If you miss the last one, you're out of luck. If you want to go to SeaWorld or Universal, they do have shuttle service. It was $11 per person last June. Besides, it's next to Old Town and within walking distance of Publix supermarket. So, it's pretty convenient for off-site stay. It's a value stay if you're only there to sleep at night.
