Trip advisor have major awful reviews at times 
I have been many a place where I have thought "omgawd, why am I going there.........." after reading Trip advisor and they have all turned out to be fine.
I am staying at SL in Feb and was a bit nervous reading Trip Advisor until I found these wonderful guys here
