Sequia Lodge

Hi,
I will be soon going to Disney's Sequia Lodge and will be staying in the Montana rooms. Can anyone suggest to me which location is best for a partial lake view or maybe from the top floors i can see discoverylnad? Maybe i can ask disneyland before hand were i would prefere to have my room.

Hi!
There are 2 types of Montana rooms. Standard or Lakeview. If you have only booked a standard room you will not be able to see the park or lake unless you are lucky enough to be upgraded.

We were upgraded as we went low season. Our room was on 6th floor and the view was amazing, from the far left side of the window we could even see the castle, we could see space mountain from anywhere. Plus of course we had a great view across Disney Village of Panoramagique going up and down.

If you do have a lakeview room the higher floors will def get a better view.

thanks didnt book the lake view, doubt that we will get an upgrade as the stay will be in August, I sure hope they give us something on an upper floor then, maybe we will see some of the par k and thus be able to take nice piccies,thanks again..

Hi there,

When you book the room you can give "lake side view" as preference but,
you have to be in luck as the chance for such a upgrade is small.

You can also give "wifi" as preference in that case you have a bit more
chance and you will get a room (if avail) in the main building (montana)
on the top floor.

Have a great stay in this wonderfull hotel.

I just re-read my earlier response to you and I didn't make it too clear.
We had booked a standard Montana room and were up-graded to a lakeview Montana room.

The view of Disney Village and the park behind is across the lake so you can't see it from a standard Montana room only a lake-view Montana room.

Its more likely that if you don't have a Lake side view, it will be the side or the front of the hotel (the car park or service area)
