I thought I remember that there were no AP codes released for September 2005 since the free dining plan offer was going on, am I correct? Do you think there will be AP rates this September or again the free dining plan promo will be the only deal? Thanks!

Disney generally does not do both...

but who knows....

you know you can get the free dinning with annual pass - just get the one day pass and use it to buy your next annual pass.

brings it down alot - like $542 for the Pop for 5 nights..with free dinning every day.

There were AP rates for Sept. 2005.

Our TA secured one for our 9/25-10/8 trip, and told us that free dining was going to be offered the next day.

Spent a few frantic hours trying to figure which was the better deal for us - and switched to free dining the next day.

I think it was September 2004 there were no codes.

Yep, I can confirm, no codes for Sept in 2004, but in 2005 codes for AP were there at the same time as free dining.
