It looks like you intended to post on the exercise thread; this is the weight loss thread :) You're welcome to post here too, if you'd like to let me know how much you want to lose this month :teacher:

My first weigh in of the month....-2!!! Yay! Maybe I should have aimed a little higher! I am not complaining though! That puts me at 2/5. Good luck everyone!! :wave:
 
please sign me up as I want to lose 5lbs. before the trip. We are getting the DDP and I gained 4 last year and it took me 2 months to lose it. So if I lose 5 then I would be able to fit in my clothes when I get back. The funny thing is I ran my family ragged the entire trip and I didn't even eat the Desserts and appetizer with the meals. A few desserts and wieght creeps right back on. Thanks.

This is what I am so afraid of. Our trip is next week with free dining and I don't want to gain any back. My goal is to just have a 2 bites of dessert each day, not each dessert. ;) And somehow to stay away from real Coca Cola. I can resist when home but fuggetaboutit when I am on vacation. :guilty:
