September plan opinions?

hi! so DH, DS (4) and i are going down to Disney 8/29-9/5!
my ADR date is in one week!!! so hoping to get some opinions We're not Disney newbies... but just figured i would throw it out there

So far i have

Sat. 8/29 Arrive, check in, Chef Mickeys for dinner
Sun 8/30 Epcot- dinner at Garden Grill
Monday 8/31 AK Tusker House for Breakfast
Tuesday- "off" day... probably one of the water parks... Dinner at Ohana
Wednesday MK- Dinner at Be our Guest (hopefully!!!)
Thursday- "off"... late breakfast at Kona Cafe for Pineapple pancakes!!!!
Friday- HS... lunch at Sci Fi drive in?? (DS loved eating in the cars last time!)
Sat- head home

any suggestions? or does it sound good? Thanks!
