September or October

There is 4 adults in our group,
Is it best to go in September or October?
Went in Feb 09, and was not to crowded, didnt really wanrt to go when it takes 4 hours to get out the car park and 5 hours to get on a ride!!
Help will be mostly appreciated!!!!!!!!

Both months are relatively quiet, but also have their drawbacks. September comes with free diners. October brings the Food&Wine Festival goers for Epcot, and the end will bring Halloween visitors. September is a very active Hurricane month, October will be slightly quieter in that respect.
