September or December...what would you do?

I have pros and cons for both!

Sept:
pros: hotel will cost me half the price
according to the crowd calendar it will be less crowded
cons: the heat
kids will miss one day of school
back to work/school next day after getting home
shorter park hours

Dec:
pros: cooler weather
middle of vacation week so no rush to get back to work when we
get home
kids on winter break
cons: hotel more expensive


What would you do?

I have been in Universal during mid to late September in '08, '09, '10, '11, '12, '13..

I have been once in December..

I hate the heat, I can't stand being hot. I live on the Gulf coast and don't like the sun either. I know crazy right.

However I would choose September over the crowds of December any day.

Thanks for everyones replies! I decided to go with September. Crossing my fingers its not too HOT!
