When will the hours be out for September? Unfortunately I won't be going, but my parents are and I told them I would help them plan their trip. They are very anxious, since this is the first time they are staying on site! Also, is it true that MK won't have Spectro during this time of year?
THis is one of their favorite parades.

In my past experiences hours and schedules come out about three months ahead. September should be avail in June. This is not always the case and the schedule is always subject to change. I have seen spectromagic a couple of times in the fall, usually it is only sceduled one or two nights during the week. Unfortunately one time they rescheduled it closer to our trip and another time one of the nights was cancelled all together. But they had made those changes on the calendar on line and I knew ahead of time. Soooo in otherwords just keep checking I hope your parents have a great time.

Look for September hours in July. I think the August hours are going to be posted in June.

SnackyStacky is right! August hours should be out any day now, September hours around July 1.

Okay so September hours will be posted in July...but to make ADR/PS for certain restaurants, I have to do that 90 days in advance which would be June...I guess that makes sense somewhere?!?!

Maybe I'm too stressed 'cause I've never been to Disney World before, maybe I'm over-reacting because I'm trying to plan my wedding night dinner (at Disney World) for CRT and time it so we can watch wishes...but how do I do that 90 out when I don't even know what the hours are going to be?!?! :confused3

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the world of itinerary planning! :)

Use projected hours (found here) to figure things out as best you can.

Then, when they publish the hours, call dining back and make changes as necessary.

No, it does NOT make sense that you have to arrange for dining 90 days out, but they don't publish hours until about 60 days out. Sorry! :(

I am getting married in disney in sept and having the same prob... what I am doing is just assuming that fireworks and or spectro will def be on a fri or sat... and making my dining ressies according to that. Make all your AR's for your meals and then on July 1st when they come out if you need to change a time it shouldn't be that difficult as it will still be 2 months ahead of time. Also sept is a slow time of year so that should make things easier.Oh and they normally dont open up the really late ar times until about 3 weeks ahead of time so keep that in mind also. Also the parks do close earlier in sept but its a guessing game right now because the park hours or emh hours are not out yet. Hang in there.

Thanks for the help, I guess I'll just have to hold out until July! In the meantime, I'll find out what places they want to eat at so I can get a head start in some PS.

Thanks again!

I am also waiting for the September hours to come out, I wish they would have the hours come out at the 90 day mark(it would make more sense, so people can plan there PS and other things they want to do). I think they just like to make us go  waiting! LOL
