My last couple of days have been good. I have another 250 minnutes for a total of 475. I'm not sure I'll make my goal!
 

Let's try this again, I logged another 30 minutes this morning on the TM bringing me to 300/500.
 
70 minutes of walking this morning bring my total up to 795/1000

dang I am surprised by how much I am doing....tho I am trying to drop a few pounds before I hit Disney in Oct so I can go nuts on the Casey's Corner hotdogs and the creamcheese filled pretzels in the parks :rotfl:
 
got in 30 minutes on Monday and 30 minutes today (so far) so I am closing in on half-way. Hoping for a bike ride later today - too hot until evening tho!

total 729/1500
 
Up to 420/1200, with any luck (and a lot of motion!) I'll still make my goal.
 
Looks like everyone is doing pretty good this month! The weather should be cooling off (well, except for here in AZ :sunny: ) and that opens the door for lots of fun outdoor exercising!!!

Yesterday I did 20 minutes of resistance training, 25 minutes run/jog on the treadmill and 10 minutes of walking. I am now at exactly my halfway point - 550/1100! :cheer2:
 
Well, I've been a bad girl and missed two days of walking this week, but am shooting to make up some time in the next couple of days. Would have rather been walking yesterday, though... Had to drive to Western PA (and back) for an old friend's funeral. :sad1: Only 37 and killed in a car wreck, leaving behind a DH, DD 13 and DS 6. Just horrible.
At any rate, after today's hour around the neighborhood, I'm standing at 660/1800, and starting to feel a bit better in the muscle tone department.

ok KimRaye we can make it!

i did walk with my neighbor last night and made it to the last 30 mins of ballet class tonight rushing in after a prior once-a-month meeting commitment. so that brings me to 450/1500

I 'moved' today! I'm at 174/500. I will NOT be at 1/2 goal at the 1/2 way point. :guilty: But, I'm also NOT quitting. ;)


LauraQ, I'm so sorry about your friend. That is very sad. :worried:

50 mins this am, it's very humid here today so I was sweating, it felt great!
 
I'm up to 300/1000. Its tough to fit it in going back to work after having the summer off.
