I also joined BL6 ~~ please put me down for 110/630. I've really got to find a place that I can speed walk for more than 25 minutes. Every "path" I pick turns up to be just about that. My goal this weekend is to walk 45 minutes both Saturday and Sunday. See you on BL later today I think. Brenda
 
Another 30 minutes today. My goal for next week is to do 40 minutes a day. Working my way back up slowly. Anyway, as of today I'm at 120/500
 
I joined the BL challenge - so I need to join this one too. I am at 895/2400 minutes.

I was a workout demon today I did 50 mins (3 miles) in home walking this morning, 30 mins on the treadmill in the afternoon & another 45 mins (3 miles) in home walking this evening.



This brings me to 265/750.
 
still being restricted with my sore foot, but managed 50 minutes this week.
