September Exercise Challenge - Submit a Name! (Everybody welcome!!)

My first cold run of the year this morning. Last week my morning runs were 70 degrees, today 40 degrees! You gotta love New England, never know what to expect!

Tuesday 9/17 - 30 min run

New total - 270/750

Sometimes I miss those days but then I get to work on my tan on Christmas Day! :beach:

Great job everyone!

No minutes for me since Saturday. I'm having a tough time being motivated right now... the race is in two weeks, and frankly I'm kind of glad it's going to be over soon. I'm excited about the race, but ready to just have fun running. Don't think I'll do more than one half marathon-type distance race a year because it's hard on my joints, but I do think next time I train for one, I"ll be better prepared. Hopefully I'll get my sorry butt off the couch and go run today!

I woke up this morning and realized I was 1% away from orange. So I went out and ran, I think changing colors was my primary motivation. :rotfl: Hey whatever gets me out and moving!

YES we had our first frost last night. We still need our wood stove inspected before we use it (bought the house from owners who uh... didn't keep up with everything) so it's been chilly. GREAT for sleeping, though, I love being all bundled up in blankets. Trying to get outside to run is a different story...
