30 very unpleasant minutes on the treadmill today. I'm not feeling well, and I didn't even know if I'd make it through that small amount. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
I did my usual class at the Y this morning then a quickie 1.5 mile walk with pooch before work then after work a gal from the Y dropped by my house because she's dog walking for someone in my area who just had surgery. We walked again, just mapmywalk-ed it and that was 2.5 miles in 90 degree weather! ugh

I'm adding 150 mins today, 4.5 mile run + a few hours of doing firewood. It started to thunder in the distance so we knew we had to get it in the barn before the rain... we finished just in time! Enjoying a nice cold drink now as the thunder booms outside.
This has not been a good month for me. Work is crazy and my motivation is low.
I finally got another workout in yesterday so now I am at 75/1000. I will need to exercise everyday for at least 46 minutes to meet my goal. This is why I love this challenge. Without it, I wouldn't have pushed myself to meet the goal.
I just started running before work which means running in the dark but I kind of like it! Hope I can keep it up! It takes all I have to get up at 4:30 to run.
