Some posters like to update once a week or every few days, so I have a feeling that number is a little low - great job everyone! We've got a lot of pink and even some orange.

Beautiful non humid day in NY!

Adding 120 minutes total since last posting. GYM, walking, and ouch arm work. My shoulder hurts on my left side, and my usual achy knee on my right side, add both feet. I am a symphony of ouch and ooh, but that is how it goes! LOL!

I am so glad I get my walks/workouts completed in the morning! This working really cuts into my days and nights are spent just keeping up with life! The kinders start school on Tuesday and we've been warned this special ed class will be a toughy! :duck: Good thing little kids are so stinkin' cute! :hippie:
