I think this cooler weather might help me reach my goal for this month. After some power-walking, my first 10K, puppy-walking, yardwork, and weights, I managed to add 705 minutes. My total is now 915/2000.
Ran/walked an 8K this morning. Or course I got lost not knowing where to park and walked 1.5 miles to the start of the race and then 1.5 miles back to where my car was. I get lost easy and am lousey at reading maps. Good thing I have a "finder" on my keys or I may have been walking farther to find the car.
54 minutes on the lake trail. DD fell asleep first thing when we started so we completed the whole trail! 2 out and 2 back. We alternated 1/4 mile run then walked 1/4 mile for the 4 miles.
