September Exercise Challenge - Don't 'Fall' out of the Exercise Habit!

Pretty quiet month here! But it always is in September as we try to get used to the fall schedules.

But, it looks like we're moving still and that is all that is important.

I've been exercising, just not posting here as much as I'd like.

I'm up to 595/1000 this month so far.

8 days left, so I need to average 50min/day. I'm gonna have to push.

Back from WDW - had a fabulous trip! Weather was perfect and crowds were LOW! :thumbsup2

I am at 1230/1300! :banana:

Believe me, I am pleasantly surprised to find myself so close to goal! My plans for the next few days actually should get me there! :yay:

I haven't decided yet what I want to do about next month. I have a surgery date for my left hip replacement of Oct 25 so I'm thinking if I cut my goal by about 1 week I should be able to do that. I can't afford to give up on exercise, but I will have to be a lot more careful of what I do & how much I do for a while. It will be well worth it in the long run to get this hip fixed!

I haven't decided if I'll exercise tomorrow or take the day off. I NEED to workout, because I want to be in better shape when I go to WDW at the end of October.

Well, didn't make my goal this month but my activity level really increased and I lost 11 pounds in September so I am happy with that. :goodvibes

I got to 940/1000. Didn't quite make it, but the first 5 days of sept I was walking around wdw, so I did get many walking minutes there.

Off to october!! Great job everyone!!
