I think your trime frame (Oct. 9) is a holiday so its probably supply & demand. I booked a car for a client and tried to use a bjs code & coupon and got a response that the quota of coupons from that id is full.... (must be alot of guests with rentals)

I just got a midsize rental for a week (9/23-9/30) at Alamo for a rate of $99.12 weekly using my Costco membership. It came to $134 out the door which is $50 less then the reservation I made afew months back. Would love to get it even lower. Anyone know if you can use additional coupon codes with the costco rates?

Not sure if your costco has car rental flyers with discount coupons? Our bjs does.. It says on the coupons what the id # is(so you get the member discount plus, then they have different coupons to choose from. I usually do better with either the free day or $20 off. (which ever is higher)

Sept 25 to Sept 30 .....Alamo intermediate for $85.00 with all taxes and fees.....Emerald Aisle same dates for $119....I hate that Alamo line (although I did join QS with Alamo) so I have not decided which to stick with.

We got a full-size from Dollar thru the Southwest site for 9 days for $220.01 including all taxes/fees. I've been watching for lower prices for an in terminal place and having no luck. I keep checking though.
